The Story

With over three decades of professional experience, I’ve spent the past twenty years specializing in leadership development and organizational transformation. After a decade in strategic consulting and senior roles at a global financial firm, I shifted my focus in 2000 to cultivating leaders and expanding leadership awareness.

My journey as a facilitator and coach has been about personal transformation and helping others transform. True leadership starts with self-awareness and a willingness to evolve. Through continuous learning and introspection, I’ve developed the mindset and skills to guide others on their growth paths.
