The Story

Two decades ago, after diverse roles in engineering, consulting, and finance, I confronted a pivotal decision. Frustrated with corporate dynamics and the toll on well-being, I pondered: How can workplaces foster thriving cultures? This introspection in 2000 spurred me to depart from corporate life and delve into people and leadership development.

My quest centered on cultivating environments where employees flourish and find fulfillment in their roles. Driven to enact meaningful change, I immersed myself in diverse disciplines like neurolinguistic programming, coaching, therapy, and communication. Embracing the role of a leadership and personal development trainer, I aimed to deliver transformative experiences that empower individuals.

Transitioning into this new vocation brought profound fulfillment. Testimonials poured in from clients whose lives and careers were positively impacted by my sessions. Despite facing a health crisis amidst global financial turmoil in 2008, I seized the opportunity to recalibrate my approach, prioritizing deep facilitation over mere training.

My journey of evolution continues, enriched by encounters with fellow travelers and mentors. I explored systemic intelligence, deep coaching, and tools for enhancing collective intelligence within organizations. Today, Transformlink embodies my purpose – bridging organizations and leaders committed to elevating consciousness.
